Common Questions

Do I need formal tech experience?

Not necessarily. If you're the person friends and family call when they have tech problems, you probably have what it takes. We care more about problem-solving ability and communication skills than certifications.

How much can I earn?

Solvers typically earn $25-50 per hour depending on session type and their rating. Top performers with high ratings and availability can earn more. You keep 70% of each session fee.

How does payment work?

Payment is performance-based. You get paid when you successfully resolve a customer's issue. If a session ends without resolution (customer cancels, times out, or you can't solve the problem), no payment is issued for that session. This ensures customers only pay for results, and motivates quality work.

Am I an employee?

No. Solvers work as independent contractors, not employees. You control your own schedule, can work for other platforms, and are responsible for your own taxes. SavvySolve does not provide benefits or employment protections.

What equipment do I need?

A computer with reliable internet, a quiet place to work, and a headset with microphone. That's it.

How long does the application take?

About 10 minutes. We'll review your application within 2-3 business days and reach out if you're a good fit.
